Let me help you find your own ‘Place in the Sun’…

A couple of months ago, I was approached again by Channel 4’s – ‘A Place in the Sun’. This was for their latest show where a couple of keen property hunters were looking to purchase a villa here in the Valencia area.

The filming took place during a particularly difficult time due to COVID. We had to adhere to the strict social distancing rules, to make sure that everyone was safe for the day of filming.

I provided a choice of villas to meet the requirements set out by the A Place in the Sun’s research team. The team knew exactly which properties would be best suited for their Valencia property hunters. I am pleased to tell you that once again, a property that I provided was selected to be used for the show.

The villa was a very well presented four bedroom villa with two bathrooms, a modern kitchen and complete with hot/cold air conditioning.

The property had a large covered terrace and open terraces with a lovely 8m x 4m tiled swimming pool with poolside terrace. The large and fully fenced garden was the perfect size for the client’s dogs. Located just a short walking distance from the town of Real was a real benefit. The sale price was also within the maximum budget that I was set by A Place in th Sun’s team of 165.000 Euros.

The filming went very smoothly and positively with the presenter Scarlette Douglas and the fim crew. However, we are not allowed to say any more just now! We must wait for the program to air on the highly popular television show without any spoilers.
