Property hunting in Valencia

Azahar Properties are pleased to have been selected by the BBC to assist with the production of their soon to be released and eagerly awaited new television show “Escape to the Continent”. The UK’s longest running relocation show is expanding to the continent with this new show, in which the BBC have focused on property hunters who are looking to purchase a property in various select locations throughout Europe. For this particular episode the BBC had property hunters wanting to buy a property in the beautiful area of Valencia, Spain and Azahar Properties were chosen for our wide selection of villas that we have available here. Following receipt of the property hunters’ needs, we were asked to provide tailored villas to suit these clients requirements and added confidence was placed in our service by our being long time members of the AIPP.

Azahar Properties have helped many property buyers over the ten years that we have been in business, successfully buy their property safely here in Valencia, Spain. Based on the information we were provided and what these clients were looking for, we provided a good choice of villas to be considered. All of the properties were seen to be suitable but only two were finally selected in the short list so as to appear on the new BBC show. Simon Creed, owner of Azahar Properties worked closely with the television production team for this episode of Escape to the Continent and with the clients looking to buy in Valencia. This particular show which focused on finding the buyers their perfect home in Valencia, Spain was hosted by the popular television presenter Anita Rani.
