Playing Golf In Valencia
There are countless reasons buying country property in Valencia is a great idea – a simpler way of life, year-round sunshine, beautiful beaches… we could go on and on. But if you love an outdoorsy kind of lifestyle and are of a particularly active persuasion, then we’d advise taking up the great game of golf once you’ve bought yourself some Spanish property and made the move abroad.
You’ll find several clubs available to you in this wonderful part of the world. Club de Golf El Saler, for example, is an amazing spot to tee off with some incredible views of the Mediterranean Sea. We highly doubt there’s a better place to hit a few rounds with your pals than right here. The Albufera lagoon is also nearby so you could make a real family day out of it and pop over there afterwards for a picnic.
Or what about Club de Golf El Bosque? If you already know your way around a nine iron then this is probably the better option since it’s meant to be a particularly challenging golf course, even for the most experienced sportsmen and women. Check it out on the official website before you go– they take you on a video tour of each hole, which is very helpful.
There’s also a golf school here that you can use for expert tuition if you’re new to the game so if taking up the sport is one of the many reasons you plan to move to Valencia, make this your first port of call perhaps.
